Martin C. Wein, Partner, President
As a founding partner, Martin Wein has been involved with the many and varied phases of Inventories Specialists, Inc.'s growth. His experience and guidance has proven invaluable as he currently oversees the company’s daily activities as President.
During his tenure as head of the Hospital Inventories Specialists' production division, Martin has worked with the department managers to continually advance HISI’s ability to service its various healthcare clients. With his years of hands-on experience, Martin is uniquely adept at offering insight to the changing needs of the hospital inventory service environment.
Frank J. Grande, Partner, COO
Frank Grande joined Inventories Specialists in 1984 assuming duties in operations management. With extensive prior experience in materials management including MRP background in the oil services industry and inventory management in the retail drug industry, Frank brought the innovation skills necessary to project ISI into the hospital services arena.
From its startup as a hospital pharmacy PI provider to today’s position as the leader in PI services for all facets of the health care industry, Frank has guided Hospital Inventories Specialists’ maturation through the varied and on-going development cycles necessary to provide the full range of services needed in today’s health care business environment.
Rebecca Addison, CIO
 With more than 15 years of experience in both information technology and hospital inventory service Rebecca leads Inventories Specialists' IT department in providing outstanding service to its clients. During her years at HISI Rebecca has worked to advance HISI's ability to provide timely and relevant service to its clients.
Rebecca excels at working with both long standing and new clients to address their growing needs in the fast paced healthcare industry. Rebecca's knowledge allows her the ability to analyze, design and implement specialized inventory methodology and technology for diverse clients.
Melissa Horn, VP of Sales and Marketing
Ms. Horn began her early career in South Florida at a family owned franchise business as the manager of daily operations. Upon moving to Tampa she was hired as a Sales Associate / Buyer for a Miami based catalog showroom chain. Working closely with store management she was promoted to their Sarasota – Bradenton operations. In mid 1980's Melissa was recruited by one of HISI's founding partners, Norbert Wein, to work in the company's Marketing Department. During those early years she gained extensive knowledge of healthcare systems working with national accounts such as AMI, NME, HCA, Paracelsus, and CHW. In addition to developing HISI’s customer base of for profit and not-for-profit systems she made many lasting industry contacts through various Group Purchasing Organizations.
Instrumental in HISI's national expansion she opened regional offices in the Midwest, Southwest and developed a large west coast operation during her 10 year tenure in California. Melissa is now the VP of Sales and Marketing at HISI’s Tampa, FL headquarters.
Joseph Pipkins, Director of Field Operations
 Joseph Pipkins joined Inventories Specialists, Inc. in 1986 as a member of the Pharmacy Production Department. During his tenure he has worked in various positions at HISI including Field Auditor, Project Manager, West Coast Regional Field Operations Manager and his current position as Director of Field Operations. He has received continuing education credits for courses in AORN Operating Room Protocol, Exposure to Blood-Borne Pathogens, and HIPPA for Healthcare Workers.
Joseph has been the Project Lead on numerous inventories at major university and hospital systems across the country and has had a significant influence in making HISI the premier inventory service provider for hospital and medical centers across the country.
